Charles
Morgan - is a founder member and MD
of the consultancy. He has extensive line management as well as executive
recruitment and career management experience and has expanded the business
to include the current range of services. His main areas of expertise
include strategy, business development and coaching.
Geoff Kimber-Smith - is the
Chairman of AKS, with over 25 years experience operating at Board level in
a number of industries. He has extensive financial and strategic business
planning experience. Geoff has management buy-out expertise in addition to
his financial and board level experience.
Claire Coldwell - is an Associate Consultant with a background in retail management and in HR in blue-chip retail and distribution companies. She specialises in career coaching and development coaching, including personality profiling for senior managers. Claire is a psychology graduate and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the British Psychological Society and the Association of Business Psychologists. Alastair Brown - is an Associate Consultant with expertise in outplacement, career management and coaching. He has extensive voluntary sector experience. Judy Salmon - is an Associate Consultant specialising in communications skills with particular expertise in coaching individuals at all levels to enhance their personal effectiveness. She also works with teams, helping them work together and to prepare for major new business pitches.
