A redundancy programme for senior executives provides personal and ongoing support in all aspects of job hunting. The programme explores the opportunities available to the executive which could include full time employment, interim management, consultancy, setting up businesses or retirement planning (where relevant!). Our role is to be proactive with the individual, supporting them through regular meetings, telephone calls and emails to ensure progress.
