Coaching raises the level of effectiveness of senior managers, helps individuals manage new responsibilities and enables high performing managers to fulfil their ambitions. AKS uses an approach that challenges attitudes and mind sets, providing a sounding board through which business, career and personal goals can be evaluated and progressed. We ensure that we fully understand the need for coaching and, through the initial meetings, agree objectives and measurable goals. Progress is reviewed at each 1:1 session .
